    Product information

    The main function of the 2140 shut-off valve is the controlled opening and closing of pipeline sections via the valve seat integrated in the body.

    Due to the use of high-quality materials, the fitting can be used for cryogenic operation at temperatures down to-196°C. The shut-off valves are approved according to DIN EN 1626.

    The series is available in the nominal widths DN10 - DN50 and can be designed with connection options for welding ends and welding sockets. The manual valve actuator is operated via an ergonomically shaped handwheel, the open/closed position can be seen at all times via a visual position indicator.

    The valve upper section can be configured with three different actuator lengths depending on the application and operating environment.

    Product informationWith the high-pressure overflow valves of the 493 series, Goetze offers an innovative solution for protecting high-pressure systems.The 493 series includes two different designs – design I and design III – that are specifically designed for different installation situations, pressure ranges and operating conditions. Whether in hydrogen compression, pump protection or gas liquefaction – the 493 series is the optimal solution for demanding high-pressure applications.As soon as the set maximum pressure is reached, the valve opens automatically and diverts excess medium into a low-pressure area or a return line. This protects high-pressure pumps, compressors and pipelines from overload and reduces the risk of system failures.The 493 series is available in two designs that offer specific advantages depending on the application requirements. Design I covers a pressure range from 50 to 500 bar and has a rotatable outlet stroke that allows for flexible installation. By contrast, design III is designed for pressures up to 1000 bar and is particularly suitable for robust applications. With a fixed angle housing, the design III is back-pressure compensated up to 500 bar, which ensures particularly stable pressure control even in demanding environments. While design I impresses with a wide temperature range of -196 °C to +200 °C, design III is optimised for operating temperatures between -10 °C and +150 °C.The robust stainless steel construction of both designs also ensures high corrosion resistance and a long service life, even under demanding conditions.Typical applications for the high-pressure overflow valve can be found in pump protection, hydraulics of diaphragm compressors and technical gas compression.
